People are moving in every day and the parking lot is busy with people coming in to see the exquisitely decorated model homes and looking over the lot maps in the sales center. Of course, the 18 hole championship golf course with 6 sets of tees and a par-3 course built in is getting plenty of use. There is also a golf club house that has wonderful food. Those who like water sports will love the canoe and kayaking center and the outdoor pool and spa hot tub.
